Full description of the position

The Sales Associate will support the General Manager in oversight and execution of studio sales and general operations. DESCRIPTION:

• Previous fitness sales or relevant sales experience preferred
• A passion for fitness and wellness
• Confident and driven sales professional
• Ability to manage and drive multiple revenue streams including memberships and retail
• Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Highly organized, detail oriented, ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
• Professional, punctual, and reliable
• Ability to work harmoniously with co-workers, clients and the general public
• Proficiency with computers and studio software Candidate must be able to work a flexible schedule with nights and weekend availability. DUTIES:
• Membership and retail sales
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the studio
• Enforce studio policies and procedures
• Participate in networking/community events and studio promotions
• Other duties as assigned COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:
