We are currently hiring Customer Sales & Enrollment Representatives to support customer engagement and service enrollments. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working with customers, explaining service options, and helping customers complete enrollments while supporting direct sales activity. As a Customer Sales & Enrollment Representative, you will interact directly with customers, introduce available services, answer questions, and guide customers through the enrollment process. This role combines customer service and sales, making it a great opportunity for individuals interested in building communication, sales, and customer relationship skills. This is a full-time, in-person Customer Sales & Enrollment Representative position involving daily customer interaction and service enrollments.

Responsibilities

• Engage directly with customers and introduce available services
• Explain service options, promotions, and pricing clearly
• Assist customers with service enrollments and account setup
• Answer customer questions and provide accurate service information
• Maintain strong customer relationships through professional communication
• Track sales and enrollment activity to support team goals

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Interest in sales, enrollments, or customer-facing roles
• Ability to build rapport with customers and explain services clearly
• Goal-oriented mindset with motivation to perform in a sales environment
• Experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, or sales is helpful but not required Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
