Audi Gilbert, Family-Owned and Operated Automotive Dealership is searching for a highly motivated and experienced Automotive Sales Consultants. We are looking for individuals who are self-driven and client focused! The position provides unlimited potential for an individual to achieve their earning goals and career objectives.

Responsibilities

:

• Create and build relationships with new and existing customers. Successfully drive in new traffic.
• Determine customer automotive needs while educating on new and used vehicle ownership.
• Demonstrate vehicle benefits and features, to include test drives.
• Quote pricing, rates, and vehicle availability to clients.
• Remain current with manufacturer products and certifications.
• Product Knowledge! Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all vehicles, accessories, financing options, and promotions.
• Maintain Customer Service Index, Gross Average, and monthly units by meeting or exceeding dealership sales goals and objectives.
• Understanding and implementing the dealership sale process.

Qualifications

:

• Prior Automotive Highline Sales Experience Required.
• Superior customer service and follow up skills required to be successful.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Strong work ethic with the ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
• Process driven, motivated with a positive attitude, and professional appearance.
• Committed and willingness to learn, and work as a team to achieve desired results.
