Overview

PRT Staffing is seeking a motivated and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to drive new business development and expand our presence in Hillsborough and Pinellas Counties. This role is ideal for a sales professional with proven experience in the staffing industry who thrives on building relationships, prospecting new clients, and delivering workforce solutions. -

Key Responsibilities

Identify and develop new business opportunities through cold calling, in- person visits, networking, and referrals Build and maintain strong client relationships within assigned territory Present PRT Staffing services and workforce solutions to potential clients Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing and account development Collaborate with recruiting and operations teams to ensure successful service delivery Maintain consistent follow-up with prospects and clients to drive long-term partnerships Track sales activity, pipeline, and client interactions accurately Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales targets ---

Requirements

Minimum 2 years of proven sales experience in the staffing industry Strong track record of business development and closing new accounts Ability to travel locally within Hillsborough and Pinellas Counties Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills Highly organized with strong follow-up and time management abilities Self-motivated with a strong sense of urgency and accountability Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
