Job Summary

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through warm calling, networking, and market analysis to expand the company's client base in the aggregate hauling sector.
• Manage and nurture existing customer accounts by providing tailored solutions, ensuring customer satisfaction, and fostering long-term partnerships.
• Lead negotiations with clients to secure profitable contracts, demonstrating strong sales negotiation skills and a deep understanding of business development strategies.
• Conduct comprehensive demonstrations to showcase the benefits of our aggregate hauling services, utilizing marketing insights and technology sales techniques.
• Utilize CRM tools such as Salesforce and other sales management systems to track leads, manage customer interactions, and analyze sales data for strategic planning.
• Collaborate with internal teams including marketing and operations to develop targeted campaigns that increase market penetration and brand awareness.
• Close deals efficiently by managing the entire sales cycle from prospecting through contract signing, ensuring alignment with enterprise selling standards.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in B2B sales within a corporate or enterprise environment, preferably in logistics or heavy equipment industries.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence decision-makers at all levels.
• Demonstrated success in business development, account management, and deal closing activities.
• Proficiency with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms; familiarity with sales management systems is highly desirable.
• Knowledge of technology sales, software sales, or related technical products is a plus.
• Excellent analysis skills for assessing market trends and customer needs to develop strategic approaches.
• Experience in the aggregate hauling or construction materials industry is preferred but not required.
