Overview

Bath Tune-Up is hiring 1099 - Commission Only Sales Specialiststo manage the customer journey from initial contact through project completion. This is a full-cycle sales rolewhere you will generate leads, guide homeowners through design solutions, and deliver a white-glove customer experience. The ideal candidate is motivated, detail-oriented, and confident in building relationships, with a strong desire to succeed in a performance-based environment.

Key Responsibilities

Generate new business through door-to-door neighborhood outreach and cold calling Lead generation through neighborhood canvassing. Territories - Lakewood up to Broomfield.

• Manage lead flow and client projects from start to finish
• Deliver a white-glove customer experience throughout the sales process
• Maintain consistent communication and follow-up with prospects and clients
• Conduct the Bath Tune-Up sales process (training provided)
• Confidently ask for the sale and maintain persistence in follow-up
• Track all client interactions and progress within CRM software What We're Looking For

Compensation
