• Making outbound calls to warm leads
• Setting qualified appointments for our outside sales team
• Following a structured daily call schedule
• Tracking your performance and pushing to exceed goals
• Bringing energy and focus every single day This is a metrics-driven environment. The scoreboard matters. What We're Looking For

• $18/hr base pay + three types of bonuses
• Team average: $22$35/hr with bonuses
• Top performers: $35$50/hr
