Overview

We're seeking a dynamic, motivated individual to join our team as an Entry Level Sales Representative specializing in Community Solar. This commission- based position offers an outstanding opportunity to make $250-$500 PER SALE while developing your sales expertise, gaining knowledge about solar energy, and growing within a supportive environment. In this role, you will use your positive attitude and persuasive communication skills to educate local residents and businesses about the benefits of community solar while contributing to a sustainable future.

Responsibilities

• Engage directly with community members through door-to-door outreach, local events, and campaigns to generate interest in solar energy solutions
• Educate homeowners and renters on community solar addressing questions and concerns
• Present the benefits of community solar programs, the billing structure, and savings opportunities clearly and confidently
• Qualify customers based on utility eligibility and subscription requirements
• Collaborate with team members and leadership to meet or exceed sales goals
• Maintain excellent customer service by being transparent and honest offering information, support, and follow-up throughout the process Experience
• Previous experience in outside sales, direct sales, door-to-door marketing or canvassing is highly preferred but not required; we value enthusiasm and a willingness to learn
• Sales experience related to energy solutions or solar will be beneficial
• Strong negotiation skills, excellent communication abilities, and integrity are essential for closing deals successfully
• Proven track record in meeting or exceeding goals in a sales environment helpful
