Compensation

• Commission: 40% of job profits
• Increased Earnings: Earn 50% of job profits after generating $1 million in revenue within a calendar year
• Annual earnings of $140,000 to $300,000

Responsibilities

You are responsible for generating new business in your assigned Cheyenne / Northern Colorado territory through door-to-door prospecting, on-site inspections, and full-cycle ownership of the customer relationship from first knock to final install. You are the face of Lifetime Construction in your territory. Activity Standards: These are floor expectations, not goals. Reps who consistently miss the floor are coached, then removed.

• 200 doors knocked per week , logged in Spotio
• 5 inspections set per week by end of week 2.
• 5 days in the field
• Morning meeting attendance , on time, every Wednesday Production Standards (ramp by date)
• Day 30: Pitch certified by your manager. At least one self-generated deal. All ride-alongs complete.
• Day 60: Three signed contracts
• Day 90: First install OR sustained activity at expected level. Missing a checkpoint triggers a coaching plan; missing two consecutive triggers a formal performance improvement plan. We do not extend ramps indefinitely. Expectations for Success
