This commission based real estate agent opportunity is ideal for a licensed real estate professional who wants to build a strong pipeline within residential real estate in one of the fastest growing housing markets in North Carolina. If you are energized by touring homes, building relationships, and guiding clients through competitive offers in the Charlotte real estate market, this role offers the structure and professional environment to elevate your real estate career.

Responsibilities

:

• Consult with buyers to understand goals, budget, and lifestyle needs across Charlotte and surrounding communities
• Schedule and conduct property tours throughout SouthPark, Ballantyne, Uptown, and Mecklenburg County
• Educate clients on financing options, inspections, due diligence, and contract terms
• Negotiate purchase agreements to secure favorable outcomes
• Maintain consistent follow up and communication using CRM and lead generation systems
• Deliver a client experience that drives referrals and repeat business
• Collaborate with leadership and team members to increase production and performance
