Responsibilities

• Convert and manage inbound buyer leads
• Conduct buyer consultations and property showings
• Write offers and negotiate contracts
• Maintain an active pipeline through our CRM systems
• Participate in team training, coaching, and accountability meetings Who We're Looking For
• Licensed real estate agents with 2+ years of sales experience
• Agents seeking structure, systems, and growth opportunities
• Strong communicators who are coachable, motivated, and professional
• Individuals ready to treat real estate as a serious business and long-term career

Requirements

• Active Pennsylvania or New Jersey Real Estate License
• Minimum 2 years of real estate sales experience
• Strong communication, organization, and time management skills
