BIS, Inc. is looking for Full Time Customer Service/Inside Sales Associate. Monday-Friday, no weekends. BIS is an independently owned electric motor sales and warehousing company representing ABB and Baldor-Reliance Motors for IA, MN, ND, and SD. Primary job duties include customer service and sales support, shipment / warehouse coordination, and sales support direct with our customers and outside sales team. Candidate must have excellent communication skills, good computer skills (a basic computer competency exam required), problem solving abilities, and enjoy working as part of an experienced and dedicated team. Electrical or mechanical aptitude and experience are pluses, but not required, we will train the right candidate. BIS is an independently owned electric motor sales and warehousing company representing ABB under the Baldor, Reliance, and ABB brand names. ABB is a world class engineering and manufacturing organization, and a Fortune 500 company. We are responsible for the sales and business development in IA, MN, ND, and SD, and have warehouse/offices in Des Moines and Minneapolis. Clean, organized, and "family" work environment with an active and caring owner. Quarterly growth and year end bonuses based on sales growth and profitability are common. Hourly wage will be based on experience, education, and certifications. Frequent job hoppers need not apply. Job Type: Full-time Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
