Responsibilities

:

• Apply sales techniques (negotiation, upselling, consulting, etc.) to build long-lasting customer relationships and close deals
• Lead customer acquisition and retention initiatives by implementing targeted sales campaigns and business development strategies to bolster revenue
• Uphold a professional demeanor while interacting with customers and internal team members to provide a service-first interaction and a seamless sales-experience
• Collaborate closely with Senior Management to drive revenue growth, ensuring both team and individual targets are met
• Demonstrate leadership by taking ownership of results, stepping into expanded responsibilities to help maximize sales performance AT &T; Client Sales Associate

Qualifications

:

• A high school diploma or equivalent is required; A Bachelor's degree is a strong plus, but not required
• 1+ years of prior experience in sales, marketing, or customer-facing roles is highly desired
• Ability to collaborate effectively with team members, fostering a cooperative environment to achieve shared goals and business success
• A passion for business development and sales, paired with a dedicated commitment to exceptional customer service
