We are currently hiring an Entry-Level Sales Associate to join our team. The Entry-Level Sales Associate role is ideal for individuals looking to build foundational experience in sales, customer engagement, and account support in a fast-paced, team-driven environment. In this position, you will work directly with customers to introduce Kinetic Fiber products and services, support enrollment conversations, and contribute to ongoing sales and marketing initiatives The Entry-Level Sales Associate will receive hands-on training and work alongside experienced team members to develop practical skills in communication, sales strategy, and client representation.

Key Responsibilities

of the Entry-Level Sales Associate:

• Engage with prospective customers through direct interactions to present Kinetic Fiber services
• Build and maintain positive customer relationships while identifying service needs
• Support the execution of sales and outreach campaigns to increase brand awareness
• Collaborate with team members and leadership to meet daily and weekly performance goals
• Track customer interactions and provide feedback on market trends and campaign effectiveness
• Stay informed on product updates, promotions, and industry developments

Qualifications

of the Entry-Level Sales Associate:

• 02 years of experience in sales, customer service, or a related field
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Comfortable in a customer-facing, fast-paced environment
• Organized with strong attention to detail
• Problem-solving mindset and adaptability Pay: $58,044.41 - $69,902.95 per year
