Responsibilities

• Prospect and generate new leads through targeted outreach, leveraging CRM software track engagement and progress.
• Engage with potential customers via phone and email to set appointments and follow up
• Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and project management teams to align strategies and optimize deal closing processes.
• Maintain accurate records of all interactions within CRM systems, ensuring data integrity for ongoing analysis and reporting.
• Support team leadership in developing innovative approaches for business development management and strategic planning initiatives.

Requirements

• 1+ year in a Business Development role in the automotive industry preferred
• Proven experience in business development or sales roles, with a strong track record of client base expansion and deal closing success.
• Proficiency in CRM software
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly and manage client relationships effectively. Location: We are actively looking for the right candidate for one of our two locations; in Cherry Hill or Greater Northeast Philadelphia. The location will be determined by the hiring manager. Pay: $50,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year
