What You'll Do

: As an In-Home Sales Professional, you'll meet with homeowners to understand their needs, chat about design ideas, and provide estimates. You'll meet with homeowners to explain our products and services, making sure clients are well- informed and comfortable. You'll create tailored solutions that meet client specifications and budget requirements. You'll present proposals and contracts, negotiate terms, and seal the deal. Following up with clients to ensure they're happy and asking them for referrals is key. We have weekly hands on training for the whole sales department. Ultimately, you'll help us Make Homes Better. What You'll Get: This position earns an incentive-based competitive commission-based salary of $100,000 - $200,000 a year plus bonus opportunity. We also offer dental, health & vision insurance as well as supplemental insurance. Additionally, we offer this position an employee product discount, a referral program, and professional development investments. What We're Looking For: We're looking for someone with sales experience, especially in the home remodeling or construction industry. You'll need a valid driver's license and reliable transportation to get to your appointments. Great interpersonal skills to build rapport and trust with homeowners, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools are essential. Being self-motivated with a results-driven mindset will help you succeed in this role.
