Overview

Pay: $50,000 - $60,000 a year (Base Salary + High Commission)

Job Description

: We are a growing cabinet and countertop company looking for a motivated and experienced Sales Consultant.

Responsibilities

:

• Assist customers with kitchen and bathroom design
• Provide cabinet and countertop quotes
• Follow up with leads and close sales
• Communicate with contractors and homeowners
• Use 2020 Design or similar software (preferred)

Requirements

:

• Experience: Minimum 2 years of sales or design experience (building materials, kitchen/bath, or home improvement industry is required).
• Skills: Strong communication, interpersonal, and basic computer skills.
• Attributes: Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and a strong closer.

Preferred Qualifications

(Plus):

• Software: Proficient in 2020 Design or similar kitchen/bath design software is highly preferred.
• Industry Experience: Direct experience in cabinet, countertop, kitchen, or bathroom design and sales.
• Language: Bilingual in English/Chinese or English/Spanish is a major plus. What We Offer:
