About the Role

Launch your career in sales and marketing with a company that values growth, positivity, and professional development. As a Sales Representative, you'll engage with potential customers at events, retail locations, and promotional pop-up sites, introducing them to energy products and services in a fun, engaging environment. Your primary responsibility is to educate customers about available energy solutions and enroll qualified customers using company-provided tools. You'll work closely with your Team Lead and fellow representatives to share best practices, achieve personal goals, and contribute to a positive customer experience. This is NOT door-to-door sales or cold calling.

Responsibilities

• Promote energy and smart home solutions to residential customers
• Engage customers in a friendly, professional manner
• Educate customers on available NRG Energy offers and services
• Enroll customers using company-provided technology and tools
• Attend training sessions and team meetings
• Maintain compliance with company policies and site safety standards
• Represent the company and partner organizations with professionalism and enthusiasm
• Stay informed on market trends and current promotions

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Friendly, reliable, and ready to start immediately
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable using a tablet and learning new technology
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Willingness to travel to various locations within the greater hiring area
• Previous sales or customer service experience is a plus, but not required

Working Conditions

• On-site work at assigned retail, event, and promotional locations

Compensation

: $150.00 - $500.00 per day
