Classic Charm Boutique is a local women's clothing store located in the vibrant Penn Square Mall. We are seeking enthusiastic and outgoing candidates who are passionate about fashion, building customer relationships, and providing excellent customer service to join our team! As a Sales Associate, you will be part of a fun retail environment, where your strong communication skills, positive attitude, and passion for customer service will contribute to the customer's satisfaction and overall growth of our small business.

Responsibilities

: - Provide exceptional customer service and support positive customer relationships - Assist customers in finding products and making purchasing decisions - Process transactions accurately through cash handling and POS systems - Assist in store events and pop-up markets - Maintain a clean and organized store environment - Assist with inventory management and restocking merchandise - Stay up to date on current fashion trends and product knowledge - Provide customer feedback to Store Manager

Qualifications

: - Outgoing, kind, and creative - Passionate about fashion with a keen eye for style - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Prior retail sales associate or customer service experience - Detail-oriented and organized - Ability to perform individually or work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment - Social media skills (specifically Instagram and TikTok) preferred - Flexibility to work various shifts - Weekend availbility preferred To Apply: Highlight relevant experience and skills Provide your availability, specifying the days and hours you are able to work throughout the week.
