Outside Sales Representative Roofing, Gutters, Siding & Windows 4 U Roofing & Construction is seeking motivated and driven Outside Sales Representatives to join our growing team. If you're self-motivated, comfortable speaking with homeowners, and willing to put in the work to generate your own opportunities, we want to hear from you. This is an excellent opportunity for experienced roofing sales professionals or individuals with strong sales skills looking to build a rewarding career in the exterior restoration industry. IMPORTANT: This is an outside sales position that requires active lead generation through door-to-door canvassing. While some company leads are provided, successful sales representatives are expected to proactively build and maintain their own sales pipeline through prospecting, networking, referrals, and neighborhood outreach.

Responsibilities

:

• Generate new business through door-to-door canvassing, neighborhood prospecting, referrals, networking, and community outreach.
• Inspect roofs and exterior properties for storm damage, wear, and replacement needs.
• Educate homeowners on roofing, gutters, siding, and window replacement options.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with homeowners throughout the sales process.
• Assist customers with insurance restoration claims when applicable.
• Schedule inspections and follow-up appointments with prospective customers.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, appointments, and sales activities.
• Provide exceptional customer service before, during, and after project completion.
• Meet individual sales goals and contribute to overall company growth. What We Provide:

Qualifications

:

• Previous sales experience preferred but not required.
• Roofing, construction, storm restoration, or home improvement sales experience is a plus.
• Comfortable with door-to-door prospecting and lead generation.
• Ability to safely climb ladders and walk roofs for inspections.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license.
• Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule.

Compensation

:

• Uncapped commission-based earnings.
• Average commission per closed project is approximately $2,400.
• Additional earning potential on larger roofing, gutter, siding, and window projects.
