Key Responsibilities

• Engage with customers inside partner retail locations to introduce home improvement products and services.
• Learn and apply consultative sales techniques to identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Generate qualified leads while delivering a positive and informative customer experience.
• Meet individual and team performance goals through consistent customer engagement.
• Develop knowledge of products, promotions, and client initiatives to provide accurate information.
• Support merchandising standards and maintain a professional retail presentation.
• Participate in ongoing sales and leadership training designed to prepare you for future management opportunities.
• Deliver outstanding customer service while representing both Sprink Strategy and our clients with professionalism.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Reliable transportation.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Previous experience in customer service, retail, or sales is helpful but not requiredwe provide paid training.
