Red Stick Insurance Agency Job Type: Full-Time Pay: Commission Only (Unlimited Earning Potential) Location: Hybrid (Office & Remote) Louisiana Join a Growing Independent Insurance Agency! Red Stick Insurance Agency is looking for a motivated, self-driven Sales Representative to join our growing team. If you're passionate about helping clients protect what matters most and enjoy the challenge of sales, we'd love to hear from you. This is a hybrid position offering flexibility to work both remotely and from our office while building and managing your book of business. We are looking to hire immediately.

What You'll Do

As a Sales Representative, you will:

• Contact inbound and outbound sales leads
• Identify each client's insurance needs through consultative conversations
• Quote personal insurance products, including home, auto, renters, and other available lines
• Cross-sell additional insurance products when appropriate
• Educate clients on coverage options and policy benefits
• Follow up with prospects and maintain an organized sales pipeline
• Close new business and build long-term client relationships
• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process
• Meet and exceed monthly sales goals

Qualifications

Required:

• Active Louisiana Property & Casualty Insurance License or willing to obtain
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong work ethic and self-motivation
• Ability to work independently while remaining accountable
• Comfortable using computers, email, and agency management software
• Professional and customer-focused attitude Preferred but NOT required:
• Louisiana Life & Health Insurance License
• Mississippi Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health License
• Previous insurance sales experience
• Experience working with multiple insurance carriers
• Existing book of business is a plus, but not required

Compensation
