Pamal Broadcasting is a dynamic media company at the forefront of radio, digital media marketing, and traditional advertising. Our mission? Help brands connect with audiences in meaningful, measurable ways. From high-impact ad campaigns to full-scale brand strategies, we make ideas come alive across every platform. Location: Beacon, NY; Work on-site Type: Full-Time Mon.-Fri. Occasional evenings and weekends for special events Travel: 25% - 50% on the road to meet clients, reliable transportation required Department: Sales & Marketing Annual Earnings: $45,000/yr. base plus commission (based on experience)

Key Responsibilities

:

• Drive revenue by identifying new business opportunities
• Nurture client relationships and create custom media solutions
• Sell innovative multimedia advertising and marketing solutions (digital, broadcast, social media)
• Grow the customer base through cold calling and email marketing.
• Build and manage a diverse client pipeline
• Craft tailored creative proposals for clients
• Collaborate with content and production teams to execute campaigns
• Thrive in a fast-paced, evolving industry

Qualifications

:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in marketing or a related field
• One to three years previous sales experience
• Experienced in business development strategies such as cold calling and email marketing.
• Must be detail oriented
• Excellent communication, organizational, and computer skills
• Must have a reliable form of transportation to travel to special events and other Pamal broadcasting locations.
