About the Job We are a small, growing stone quarry business based in Fletcher, NC looking for a motivated Outside Sales Representative to help expand our customer base. In this role, you will sell our natural stone products to distributors throughout North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia, Virginia, and surrounding states. The ideal candidate enjoys building relationships, meeting new clients, and working independently. A company van stocked with product samples will be provided for travel and client visits.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with existing and new distributors
• Identify new sales opportunities and understand customer needs
• Provide excellent customer service and product support
• Travel several days per week to meet distributors and clients
• Attend trade shows and industry events
• Work with the team to achieve and exceed sales goals

Qualifications

• Previous sales experience required (stone, hardscape, or construction industry preferred)
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented
• Comfortable with travel and meeting new clients
