Full description of the position

• Desk/Structure deals
• Meet monthly forecast for sales volume and gross to meet objectives
• Create and organize all sales activities, including training for Salespeople
• Recruit, hire and develop a retail sales force
• Establish a positive relationship with customers
• Ensure that salespeople are updated on all new inventory and current advertising efforts, including rebates and incentives
• Assist in appraising incoming used vehicles
• Be responsible for hitting monthly forecast sales
• Enthusiastically assist sales people in customer interactions
• Enhance customer satisfaction during the entire purchase experience
• Assist sales associates in closing sales as needed Job Type: Full-time
