Job Summary

We are seeking an energetic and motivated Sales Representative specializing in Hot Tubs to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will drive business growth by engaging with prospective clients, managing existing accounts, and showcasing our premium hot tub products. Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to generate new leads in the Charlotte region through proactive prospecting and cold calling.
• Manage a portfolio of existing accounts, nurturing relationships through regular communication, product demos, and upselling opportunities.
• Conduct engaging product demonstrations to showcase hot tub features, benefits, and installation options tailored to customer needs.
• Utilize CRM software and sales management systems to track leads, manage customer interactions, and analyze sales data for continuous improvement.
• Lead negotiations to close deals effectively while ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term loyalty.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to implement targeted campaigns that increase brand awareness and drive lead generation efforts.
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of product offerings, industry trends, and competitor activities to position our solutions as the best choice in the market.
• Ensure proper upkeep and maintenance of the showroom. Skills
• Proven experience in retails sales of high ticket items.
• Expertise in customer relationship management (CRM) systems such as Salesforce or similar platforms for tracking sales activities.
• Excellent negotiation skills with a focus on deal closing and upselling techniques in a remote or field-based sales environment.
• Proficiency in using technology sales tools and CRM software to streamline prospecting, lead generation, and customer follow-up processes.
• Exceptional communication skills for delivering compelling product demos and building lasting customer relationships.
• Ability to analyze market data, identify new opportunities, and develop effective territory sales plans.
• Experience in retail or direct sales environments with a focus on customer service excellence.
