Position Summary

: We are hiring a motivated Inside Sales professional to support our customers and outside sales team. This customer-facing role is responsible for responding to inquiries, preparing quotes and proposals, coordinating with our sales team and helping customers identify the right solutions for their needs. You will support a diverse range of products, including:

• Printed Circuit Boards
• Cable Assemblies
• Battery Packs
• CNC Machining
• HMI Systems This is a full-time, in-office position based in New Bedford MA.

Key Responsibilities

:

• Interpret specifications and plans to determine optimal product solutions.
• Prepare accurate and competitive proposals and quotations.
• Provide technical support to customers and outside sales team.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely and effective communication.
• Identify sales opportunities and follow up to secure orders.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through expert product knowledge and responsive service.

Qualifications

:

• Minimum 3 years of technical sales experience.
• Prior experience with electric schematics, production data processing with PCB fabrication knowledge a plus.
• Proficiency in Adobe Acrobat, Microsoft Word, and Excel.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
