Job Summary

: Technic is seeking experienced Outside Equipment Salespersons to manage and grow assigned territories. This role focuses on consultative, solution-based selling of custom and automated surface finishing equipment.

Responsibilities

:

• Develop and execute territory sales plans
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities
• Maintain strong customer relationships
• Present and demonstrate equipment solutions
• Prepare quotations and proposals
• Coordinate with engineering and service teams
• Attend trade shows and customer meetings

Qualifications

:

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• 3+ years B2B industrial or equipment sales experience
• Strong technical aptitude
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Willingness to travel
