Continental Flooring Company is seeking a driven sales professional to help grow our Arizona Division. We are not necessarily looking for someone who has already spent ten years in flooring sales. We are looking for someone with the ability and determination to become a high producersomeone who learns quickly, moves with urgency, follows through, and wants to excel at everything they do. Continental Flooring Company is an Arizona based family-owned contractor providing nationwide flooring and ceiling tile services for primarily government customers. Our team is dedicated to creating a strong company culture and an environment that promotes from within. With a few long-standing employees approaching retirement, we are currently looking for our next generation of leaders and collaborators to help us in this transition. Responsibilities

Include: Networking with customer database full of current customers and prospects Learning to effectively sell within our industry Understanding technical aspects of the position in order to create accurate and intelligent sales estimates based on your onsite measurements Continuous prospecting and account management Cultivate and maintain relationships with internal and external partners Customers are primarily government agencies located throughout the state of Arizona

Qualifications

include:

• Personable with good closing skills
• Excellent customer service skills
• Proven oral, written and interpersonal communication skills
• Tech-savvy with ability to learn new and changing software including harnessing AI to improve productivity and results
• Prior sales experience preferred, but not required Excellent benefits package of salary plus commission with benefits including Medical, Vision, Dental, Vacation, and 401(k) plan. Drug testing is a condition of employment per federal guidelines. Pay: $70,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
