About Us

Republic Financial Services is a rapidly growing company specializing in helping homeowners understand and exit unfavorable solar lease and PPA agreements. We connect homeowners with experienced consultants who guide them through their options. We are expanding our solar contract solutions division and are seeking bilingual (English/Spanish) Appointment Setters to help connect qualified homeowners with our senior solar contract consultants. Spanish-speaking households represent a significant portion of the Arizona solar market , and we are looking for confident communicators who can build trust and schedule qualified appointments.

Responsibilities

• Contact homeowners regarding solar lease and PPA agreements
• Conduct conversations fluently in English and Spanish
• Qualify prospects and schedule appointments
• Maintain CRM documentation
• Follow up and confirm appointments

Compensation

• 1099 Independent Contractor
• Semi-Monthly Draw Against Commission
• Uncapped earnings
• Bilingual performance advantage Spanish-speaking representatives often perform strongly in this role due to high demand from Spanish-speaking homeowners. Ideal Candidate
