Uplift Advisor Group, a sales and development firm, is hiring an Entry Level Sales Associate in Pittsburgh to resolve connectivity issues with Verizon. The Entry Level Sales Associate will also meet with our customers in person, guiding them through their options and demonstrating how our internet solutions deliver speed and reliability. As an Entry Level Sales Associate, you will open doors to faster, smoother, more reliable home internet. The Entry Level Sales Associate will then serve as the trusted point of contact for our customers curious about what fiber can do for their internet experience, helping them understand how Verizon Fios eliminates common connectivity frustrations that hold them back.

Responsibilities

of the Entry Level Sales Associate

• Introduce our customers to Verizon solutions through personalized sales consultations that focus on speed, reliability, and everyday connectivity.
• Learn customers' internet usage habits and recommend Verizon plans that best support streaming, remote work, gaming, and smart home devices.
• Build strong customer relationships by delivering sales experiences that prioritize trust, value, and long-term satisfaction.
• Guide customers through the sales and enrollment process, ensuring account details are accurate and service selections meet their needs.
• Promote the advantages of Verizon network and affordability while helping customers make informed purchasing decisions.
• Support customer acquisition and sales efforts by generating new enrollments and expanding awareness of Verizon services.

Qualifications

of the Entry Level Sales Associate

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Strong interest in sales or customer service is a plus.
• Quick learner capable of mastering new promotions and service offerings.
• Collaborative spirit aimed at boosting overall team sales performance.
• Ability to maintain high energy and focus in busy, customer-facing sales environments. Pay: $52,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year Work Location: In person
