Job Summary

: As a Bilingual Automotive Sales Professional, you will be responsible for driving sales, providing outstanding customer service, and assisting clients with their vehicle purchase journey. You will need to effectively communicate with both English and Spanish-speaking customers to ensure an exceptional buying experience.

Responsibilities

:

• Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner.
• Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate vehicles and financing options.
• Conduct test drives and explain vehicle features and benefits.
• Present and negotiate prices, terms, and financing to customers.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of current inventory, promotions, and product offerings.
• Follow up with leads and customers to ensure satisfaction and generate repeat business.
• Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the dealership's overall success.
• Work with the sales team to achieve goals and support the dealership's vision.

Qualifications

:

• Bilingual in English and Spanish (both written and spoken).
• Previous automotive sales experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build rapport with customers from diverse backgrounds.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
