Retail associates assist customers with product selection, picking out gift and home decor, process transactions thru a point of sale system and maintain appealing visual displays as needed.

Duties

include, sales, customer service, stocking and restocking displays, managing inventory, and curating a warm, welcoming environment to drive sales of unique home and gift merchandise. This is one of the premier locally owned woman's business in the Des Metro. We like to work hard and have fun doing it!! Core responsibilities: 1) Customer service and sales 2) Store and management operations 3) Visual merchandising 4) Inventory management 5) Maintaining customer relations and creating new ones Key qualifications: 1) Experience in sales is preferred but not necessary 2) Pleasant happy and approachable disposition 3) Able to use point of sale system for transactions 4) Motivated seller with commission options 5) Able to move or lift up to 30-40 pounds Pay: $15.00 - $25.00 per hour
