Position Summary
The Sales Specialist is responsible for driving global sales growth through the development and implementation of AI-enabled business processes, sales system improvements, marketing initiatives, and business development activities. This role serves as a key contributor to Stafast's strategic adoption of emerging technologies, helping improve efficiency, support customer growth, identify new business opportunities, and enhance sales effectiveness across the organization. The successful candidate will possess a strong interest in artificial intelligence, continuous learning, process improvement, and organizational development.

Responsibilities
Lead the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of AI- driven sales and operational processes. Identify opportunities to leverage artificial intelligence and automation to improve customer engagement, sales effectiveness, and operational efficiency. Train, support, and coordinate AI-related processes and best practices throughout the sales organization. Research emerging AI technologies, tools, and industry trends and recommend practical applications for the business. Coordinate global marketing initiatives, campaigns, and trade show activities in partnership with internal stakeholders. Support business development efforts aimed at expanding existing customer relationships and generating new business opportunities. Develop documentation, training materials, and process standards related to AI-enabled workflows and sales processes. Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, operations, marketing, and leadership teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
Associate or bachelor's degree in business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field preferred. 25 years of sales, customer service, account management, or business development experience preferred. Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills. Demonstrated interest in artificial intelligence, automation, data analysis, or related technologies. Strong aptitude for learning new technologies and translating them into practical business applications. Experience leading process improvement initiatives preferred. Strong project management and organizational skills. Ability to train and influence others in adopting new processes and technologies. Strong organizational and time-management abilities. Self-motivated, results-oriented, and customer-focused. Working ConditionsThis position may be based at any Stafast location, depending on the qualifications and location of the selected candidate. No routine business travel is required.
