Requirements

Fluency in both English and Spanish, both spoken and written. Experience in sales, lead generation, or customer-facing roles. Strong comfort level with computers and insurance management software. Ability to simplify complex insurance topics for others. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Reach out to potential clients to introduce our personalized insurance coverage options. Conduct thorough consultations to understand the unique risks and needs of local families. Guide Spanish-speaking community members through the insurance buying process with clarity and patience. Manage a sales pipeline by following up on leads and keeping accurate records of all interactions. Participate in local community events to build our presence and reputation in Phoenix. Collaborate with the agency team to find creative ways to expand our reach within the Phoenix area.
