Join a growing Farmers Insurance agency and help individuals, families, and businesses protect what matters most. As an Insurance Sales Representative, you will develop new business opportunities, build relationships with clients, identify insurance needs, and recommend appropriate coverage solutions. Licensed Property & Casualty agents are preferred, but motivated candidates willing to obtain licensing are encouraged to apply. Key Responsibilities

:

• Generate and follow up on sales leads
• Build and maintain client relationships
• Educate customers on insurance products and coverage options
• Prepare quotes and assist with policy applications
• Meet individual sales and performance goals
• Provide outstanding customer service

Qualifications

:

• Sales, customer service, or relationship-building experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated with a desire to succeed
• Property & Casualty license preferred or willingness to obtain one
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Compensation

: Base salary plus commission and bonus opportunities. Pay: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year Work Location: In person
