Outside Sales Representative Commercial Staffing Territory: Long Island, NY We are a growing commercial staffing firm seeking a driven and relationship- focused Outside Sales Representative to expand our presence in the Long Island market. This role is ideal for a motivated sales professional with proven experience selling staffing solutions and building long-term client partnerships.

What You'll Do

• Prospect, develop, and manage new business opportunities within the Long Island territory
• Sell commercial staffing solutions, with a focus on light industrial and clerical staffing
• Build strong, consultative relationships with decision-makers and key accounts
• Conduct in-person client meetings, presentations, and needs assessments
• Negotiate contracts, rates, and service agreements
• Partner closely with recruiting and operations teams to ensure exceptional service delivery
• Maintain accurate activity, pipeline, and account records within HubSpot or a similar CRM
• Manage and grow existing accounts to maximize retention and revenue What We're Looking For
• Proven experience selling staffing services (commercial staffing strongly preferred)
• Knowledge of light industrial and clerical workforce solutions
• Strong background in B2B sales, account management, and contract negotiation
• Highly motivated, self-directed, and results-driven
• Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
• Comfortable working independently in an outside sales role
• Familiarity with HubSpot or other CRM platforms
