EverGlow Exterior Services Door-to-Door Sales Representative Location: Des Moines metro, Iowa (Waukee, West Des Moines, Clive, Urbandale, Johnston, Ankeny) Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract (1099), Temporary, Internship Pay: $2,000.00 $6,000.00 per week (commission) Job Post Summary EverGlow Exterior Services is a fast-growing exterior cleaning company serving the Des Moines metro, and we're looking for ambitious Sales Representatives to join our high-commission door-to-door sales team. This is a 1099 independent contractor position. You'll sign a standard contractor agreement and a W-9 for tax purposes you're paid full commission with no caps on what you can earn.

What You'll Do

Go door-to-door in Des Moines and surrounding upper-income neighborhoods to offer our premium window cleaning, house washing, and exterior cleaning services. Explain the service, answer questions, and close the sale. Pay & Hours

• Starting commission per sale: on average $124 $212
• Commission rate: 22.5% 40% (you start at 22.5% and climb to 40% as you hit goals)
• Maximum time to make one sale: 12 hours
• Paid training: $20/hr plus full commission from day one
• Weekly bonuses and increased commission for hitting sales goals

• Be prepared to travel around neighborhoods and bring energy to every interaction. (An electric scooter will be provided for use during training and once you've closed your first sales.)
• Door-to-door sales experience is a plus
• Must be driven, hungry to earn, and have great communication skills
