• $10/hr base pay
• Up to $200/week activity bonus
• 5% commission on sales
• 2% bonus for hitting quota Most new team members earn $40,000$60,000 in their first full year, with experienced sellers making more. Training & Career Development We provide:

What You Will Do

• Greet customers in-store and by phone, text, and email
• Help customers choose the right vehicle for their lifestyle
• Log and track customer information in our CRM
• Follow up to build your pipeline
