Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products or services that meet their needs

• Support loan processing activities and financial transactions as needed within our financial services offerings
• Maintain a clean, organized sales floor and stock shelves to enhance the shopping experience
• Utilize financial software for transaction processing and record keeping, ensuring accuracy at all times
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and following up on customer requests Experience
• Prior experience in retail sales or customer service is highly preferred
