Key Responsibilities

What You'll Do

)

• Drive new business development through prospecting, networking, and industry outreach within the AZ Multi-Family market
• Build and manage a pipeline of prospective clients and convert opportunities into long-term partnerships
• Manage and grow an assigned portfolio of Multi-Family client accounts
• Conduct regular onsite visits to client properties across the territory to maintain relationships and identify staffing needs
• Partner with internal recruiting teams to ensure timely and successful fulfillment of client requests
• Deliver a high level of client service to support retention and account expansion
• Track activity, pipeline, and performance against established sales goals
• Represent JWilliams Staffing at industry events, networking functions, and client meetings

Qualifications

(What We're Looking For)

• 2+ years of experience in sales, account management, or business development
• Demonstrated success in generating new business and growing client relationships
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Ability to work independently in a field-based role while managing multiple priorities
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel regularly within the AZ market Preferred:
• Experience in the Multi-Family housing or property management industry
• Prior staffing or service-based sales experience
