Duties

Responsibilities

:

• Be knowledgeable of the products and services the company offers
• Have knowledge of how customer and distributor contracts work
• Recognize how to identify potential customers and distributors and provide those individuals with accurate product and service information
• Obtain new customers and distributors by conducting on-sight visits and creating a personable business experience that will generate new business
• Provide excellent service to potential and current customers and distributors and provide problem solving skills for any issues that arise
• Maintain an appropriate level of communication with current and potential customers and distributors such as completing check-ins
• Obtain necessary documentation from potential and current customers and distributors in accordance with current procedures
• Perform research on sales and marketing trends regularly to keep the company ahead of competition
• Develop and implement processes using the research obtained that will benefit the company
• Develop and manage various marketing materials such as social media accounts, publications, etc.
• Provide data showing results of processes on a regular basis Specifications/

Qualifications

:

• 5+ years of experience in strategic sales and marketing
• Bachelor's degree in sales, marketing, communications or another related field
• Experience using a CRM system (ODOO), Microsoft Office applications, and various marketing tools
• Strong organizational methods, attention to detail, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Professional and effective communication skills
• Ability to abide by confidentiality regulations provided by the company
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and team player
• Ability to adjust to company and market needs as they evolve
• Must be dependable, punctual, and proactive
• Must have the ability to travel and create new opportunities for the company

• Vision correctable to 20/20 with normal color vision, depth perception and peripheral vision
• Ability to wear ear plugs, earmuffs and a half-mask type respirator.
• Ability to repeatedly lift and move up to 25 lbs. unaided
• Ability to stand or sit for up to 3 hours at a time
• Ability to occasionally kneel, crouch, bend or extend reach as required to perform tasks
• Ability to grasp and feel small parts with both hands. Shift availability:
