As a Financial & Insurance Specialist, you'll meet with clients, understand their goals, and guide them through insurance-based financial and retirement strategies that create long-term security and peace of mind. What You'll Do

• Full training and onboarding provided
• Meet with clients virtually through Zoom and occasionally in person
• Help families understand life insurance, retirement, and wealth protection strategies
• Review current coverage and recommend solutions tailored to client needs
• Build lasting client relationships and grow your own book of business
• Follow proven systems and mentorship designed for long-term success

Compensation

• Base + commission structure
• Base pay begins after licensing and onboarding
• Typical first-year earnings: $50,000$130,000
• Established specialists commonly earn $250,000+ annually
• Uncapped income potential with long-term residual opportunities Licensing

• Most candidates complete licensing within 12 weeks
