About the Role

As a Jewelry Sales Professional, you'll play a key role in creating exceptional experiences for every client while building lasting relationships and guiding them through some of life's most meaningful purchases. As our business continues to grow, we're looking for someone who is passionate about delivering outstanding service, thrives in a fast paced luxury retail environment, and enjoys working as part of a collaborative, high-performing team.

What You'll Do

• Build meaningful relationships with clients while delivering exceptional customer service.
• Guide customers through the purchase of fine jewelry, bridal jewelry, gifts, watches, and special orders.
• Assist clients with jewelry repairs, inspections, and service intake while ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
• Cultivate client loyalty through personalized recommendations, attentive service, and ongoing engagement that encourages repeat business and referrals.
• Learn product knowledge across diamonds, colored gemstones, precious metals, designers, and custom jewelry.
• Maintain attractive merchandise displays and showroom presentation.
• Utilize our point-of-sale system to manage transactions, customer information, and repair orders.
• Work collaboratively with the management team and fellow sales associates to achieve store goals.
• Deliver a luxury-level experience that encourages repeat business and lifelong client relationships. What We're Looking For
• Two or more years of jewelry sales experience preferred, with a passion for delivering exceptional client experiences.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with clients, understand their needs, and create lasting relationships.
• Professional communication skills with a polished, confident, and approachable presence.
• Strong computer proficiency and the ability to quickly learn and utilize sales and operational systems.
• Exceptional attention to detail with strong written communication, spelling, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced retail environment while maintaining accuracy and a high level of service.
• Dependable, punctual, and committed to contributing as a collaborative team member.
• Flexible availability to work Tuesday through Saturday, including peak holiday seasons and high-volume sales periods.

Preferred Qualifications

• Jewelry industry certifications such as GIA, AJP, or DCA are highly valued.
• Experience working in an independent jewelry store or luxury retail environment.
• Passion for learning and developing extensive jewelry product knowledge. While jewelry experience is preferred, we also welcome luxury retail professionals who excel in high-ticket sales and personalized client service.
