We are seeking a Luxury Retail Sales Associate to join our team! You will be responsible for helping customers by providing product and service information and resolving technical issues.

Responsibilities

:

• Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
• Greeting and welcoming clients
• Checking in/out clients including taking payments
• Answering phone call(s)
• Managing client appointments in our spa software
• Making service and product recommendations to client
• Selling products as appropriate
• Partnering with our service technicians to ensure an outstanding experience
• Following up on feedback from clients and technicians on recommendations and/or issues
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints
• Provide information about the products and services
• Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns
• Document and update customer records based on interactions

Qualifications

:

• Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields
• Ability to build rapport with clients
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
• Positive and professional demeanor
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• 18 years or older
• High school diploma or equivalent diploma
• Basic written and speaking English
• Basic math skills
• Computer experience
• Ability to learn specialized spa software (Zenoti)
• Reference check with your most recent employer
• Willing to work weekday and weekend shifts as needed between the hours of 8AM-9PM
• Beauty/Spa/Salon/Wellness industry experience highly preferred Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: $19.00 - $24.00 per hour
