Responsibilities

: -Attract and present to clients encouraging them to fulfill their home living experiences through european modern design and furniture. - Collaborate with clients to determine their design preferences, functional needs, and budget constraints. - Create and present design concepts, including space plans, color schemes, and furniture selections. - Develop detailed presentations of design inspiration, furniture and installation procedures - Oversee the selection of products, materials, finishes, and furnishings- Reflect Activities with client in CRM including initial consultation and all follow up conversations. - Achieve monthly sales targets - Follow up with clients using our advanced sales methodologies. - Provide guidance on lighting design, including fixture selection and placement - Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in interior design - Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines

Requirements

: - Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or related field - Proven experience as an Interior Designer or similar role- with residential portfolio of projects you sold and ran - Proficiency in Sales tools including CRM - Strong knowledge of color theory and its application in interior design - Ability to create detailed 2D floorplans and 3D Renders - Familiarity with budgeting and contract negotiation processes - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently as well as part of a team Note: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
