What You'll Do

• Work full-time, in-house from our Scottsdale office, living in the CRM and on the phones every day.
• Take warm, qualified leads and turn them into signed contracts through world-class follow-up, rapport building, and negotiation.
• Quickly analyze deals, structure win-win offers, and confidently handle objections with clarity and authority.
• Own your pipeline end to end, track your KPIs, and constantly refine your approach to drive higher close rates and larger average deal size.

• 100% commission-only (no base salary, no earnings cap).
