• Engage in outside sales efforts by reaching out to prospective clients through various channels such as telemarketing, retail sales, and community events.
• Conduct thorough needs analysis to identify client insurance requirements and present suitable coverage options.
• Negotiate policy terms and premiums with clients, ensuring mutual satisfaction and understanding.
• Manage sales administration tasks including documentation, policy processing, and benefits administration.
• Maintain compliance with all regulatory standards, including HIPAA regulations related to customer privacy and data security.
• Cultivate relationships through excellent customer service, follow-up communication, and ongoing support.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to develop strategies that attract new clients and expand market reach.
• Valid state insurance license required or must be able to obtain within 30 days; additional licenses or certifications are a plus.
• Proven experience in outside sales, retail sales, or insurance sales preferred.
• Strong negotiation skills with the ability to communicate complex information clearly and effectively.
• Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse client populations.
• Excellent analysis skills for assessing client needs and tailoring solutions accordingly.
• Familiarity with telemarketing techniques, sales administration, and benefits management is advantageous.
