Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calling campaigns to generate leads and set appointments for the sales team.
• Utilize CRM software, including Salesforce, to track interactions and manage lead information effectively.
• Engage in warm calling strategies to follow up with potential clients and nurture existing relationships.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to align lead generation efforts with broader marketing strategies.
• Qualify leads through effective communication and negotiation techniques, ensuring they meet the criteria for the sales team.
• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the lead generation process, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly.
• Analyze lead generation metrics and adjust strategies as needed to optimize results.

Requirements

• Proven experience in B2B sales, telemarketing, or inside sales roles.
• Familiarity with technology sales concepts and practices is preferred.
• Strong understanding of CRM software, particularly Salesforce.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
• Demonstrated ability in negotiation and closing techniques.
• Experience in business development and outbound calling strategies.
• A background in marketing is a plus but not mandatory.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team-oriented environment.
