• Getting Started: $90,000 - $125,000 (first year, learn the ropes)
• Hitting Your Stride: $130,000+ (no ceiling, you set the limit!) What You'll Actually Do
• This is an outdoor, people-first sales role. Every day looks a little different and that's what makes it exciting.
• Canvass residential neighborhoods to connect with homeowners who need roof inspections or repairs
• Conduct friendly, consultative roof assessments we'll train you on exactly what to look for
• Walk homeowners through their options, explain the value of our work, and help them make confident decisions
• Support homeowners through the insurance claims process when storm damage is involved (training provided)
• Close contracts and hand off smoothly to our experienced production crew
• Build a referral network through great service satisfied customers become your best source of new business
• Track your leads and activity in our CRM system to stay organized and on top of your pipeline
• Attend weekly team meetings, ride-alongs, and sales training sessions to keep growing We Will Train You-- For Real! We're not going to hand you a brochure and wish you luck. Our onboarding program is built to get new reps to their first close as quickly as possible.

• Experience in construction, home services, or a trade background
• Existing relationships in the St. Louis community (real estate agents, insurance agents, property managers)
